Telehealth – The Health Buddy

With the Health Buddy system, healthcare professionals assign health management programs to patients based on their chronic conditions. These personalized programs include questions that help assess a patient’s clinical condition. Based on the patient responses, healthcare professionals can see, at a glance, color-coded, sortable patient reports, identifying which patients are high risk (red), moderate risk (yellow) and low risk (green).

The system provides a number of trend graphs and patient reports that allow healthcare professionals to understand, respond to and communicate patient data to other healthcare professionals. Care providers can create summary reports on individuals or groups of patients in a variety of ways including compliance reports, patient trend and result reports, and many others.
